How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
BiloChat subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → BiloChat, where you can change or cancel your plan. You can also reach this from inside the app under Account → Manage Subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open BiloChat → Account → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, conversations, Word Bank, and progress from our servers. This cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Which languages does BiloChat support?
BiloChat teaches Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish and English (the app itself is in English), and every language is free. If there's another you'd love to see, email us; it helps us prioritize.
Is my message content private?
Translation between languages runs on your device using Apple's built-in translation, so ordinary translation never leaves your iPhone. The AI features — the writing coach, the AI conversation partner, and word analysis — do send the relevant text to Google Gemini through our secure backend so it can be analyzed. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
I found a bug or have a feature request.
We'd love to hear it. Email support@bilochat.com with as much detail as you can (what happened, your device model, and iOS version) and we'll look into it.
What's free, and what does Pro add?
A free account gets all eight languages, the conversation side of the app, flashcards and games, and your first two verb tenses in full. BiloChat Pro ($6.99/month or $49.99/year, with a 3-day free trial) unlocks the writing coach, AI conversation partners and the full tense track.
